Rich is extremely knowledgeable, and super friendly to work with. He did the inspection for my pool. His work was thorough. He patiently explained the whole system to me, answering my questions. He even dropped by and checked the systems when I had blown my jet pump, which was very kind of him. He went above and beyond.
