I did not have a good experience with Dr. Swetha. During our visit for my child’s persistent rash, it felt like the diagnosis of eczema was made very quickly, and I didn’t feel my concerns were fully heard. I explained multiple times that we had already been following our primary care provider’s recommendations for eczema, including regular moisturizers like Vanicream, but the rash was not improving. Dr. Kandula is one of the nicest, most thoughtful, caring doctors I have ever met. She takes her time to explain things thoroughly and answers all questions. She teated my aunt with alzheimers exceptionally and spoke directly to her instead of to me. We appreciated her not dismissing her because of her cognitive abilities. Excellent doctor and staff all the way around!
