An excellent practice led by Dr. Svetlana Nakatis. She is highly analytical, extremely knowledgeable, and a very pleasant professional to work with.
This review is specifically for Dr. Nakatis and the way she handles patient care. She is attentive, patient, and is thorough. She is one of the best doctors I have ever had and I’ve had many in my lifetime. She has stabilized my health and has worked with me to ensure I maintain my health goals.
Just called in to make an appointment for my mom as a new patient. Receptionist was very rude on the phone. Sounded like she was super annoyed by my call and didn’t have any courage to work giving me bad attitude. This really makes bad first impression. Not sure how the actual appointment will go, but the receptionist really needs to improve
