Terrible. Dr. Fomin did not listen to my concerns at all. After every word I said she went “mmm hmm.” Then asked me the same questions multiple times. She was extremely condescending, disrespectful, rude, & had zero bedside manner. She talked to me like I’m an idiot. I’ve already gone through countless tests for my thyroid for almost 3 years. Horrible experience with this Dr. She dose not listen to her patients, tried telling me to take a medication, that another dr told me not too. She basically called me dumb , for listening to the other dr. Tired of the drs, not listening to the patients. Be your own personal advocate, I know my own body. To worried about the Quantity of patients, & not the quality of patients!

Dr. Fomin has been my endocrinologist for almost two years now. I had a complicated issue, she was professional and always returned my calls. I see her a few times a year, pleasant, thorough and answers any questions I have.

I had to make an appointment four months out only to have the office cancel my appointment two weeks before. Ok, it happens. But, trying to reschedule has been painful. They offered 1 appointment (that didn’t work for me) and then had to “call me back” to reschedule. Nobody called me back so I called the next day. I was offered another appointment (literally the same day I was offered before, but an earlier time) So again I told her I’m working that day.
