The receptionist is lazy. They do not follow typical procedures. The receptionist scheduled me for an appointment about a week in advance and did not call up my insurance to see if everything was "active". I took the day off for the appointment and she claimed by insurance was not active . A few hours later I call my insurance and they state everything is active. Dr. Fetman is very gentle and professional. Many patients come to her for root canals. Office is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. My whole family has come here for many years.
So bad don't go there old equipment not helpful office was empty no body is there monday morning plus doctor asking you 250$ for evaluation even with your insurance!!!
