The office is very out dated, smells of mold and needs attention. The receptionist is extremely kind and helpful, and honestly I believe what keeps this office up and going. Dr. Suzi is extremely nice and friendly, but I feel like her practice is just not what it needs to be. When I took my children there as they are only 3 she counted there teeth the first time, and the second time she did the same thing, no cleaning no nothing, even for our 9 year old. I wish I had listened to the reviews. I started taking my son here last year, at first everything was wonderful. Melody the receptionist/dental assistant is very kind and accommodating. I wasn’t thrilled about the “no parents in the room during appointments,” but they assured me it was to prevent a reaction from your child and that most kids are more well behaved when not in front of their parent. My grandkids love Dr. Susie. She is caring and a darn good Dentist!
Dr. Suzi is an awesome pediatric dentist . She takes time with each individual child so quality of care is high on this office and kids love her ! The day I visited with my daughter there was a young patient ahead of us in office that was crying on his way out because he didn’t want to leave !Seriously , that’s impressive . Dr Suzi also takes time with parents to explain what’s going right as well as what’s not and has referrals at the ready if needed . Super sweet place and staff
