The office is very out dated, smells of mold and needs attention. The receptionist is extremely kind and helpful, and honestly I believe what keeps this office up and going. Dr. Suzi is extremely nice and friendly, but I feel like her practice is just not what it needs to be. When I took my children there as they are only 3 she counted there teeth the first time, and the second time she did the same thing, no cleaning no nothing, even for our 9 year old. I wish I had listened to the reviews. I started taking my son here last year, at first everything was wonderful. Melody the receptionist/dental assistant is very kind and accommodating. I wasn’t thrilled about the “no parents in the room during appointments,” but they assured me it was to prevent a reaction from your child and that most kids are more well behaved when not in front of their parent.
