I have never done this before, but I concur exactly with the one star previous rating. On Wednesday, May 14th around 9 am Dr. Futrell came into my mom's room here at Franklin Square hospital to do an assessment with my input. She proceeded to read notes from the monitor and asked me what I thought. Once I began to speak, she cut me off numerous times and would not listen to me. This is the type of doctor who doesn’t respect any human being that isn’t on her level. My mom saw her and was completely disgusted and shocked by her bedside manner. What a terrible taste to put in someone’s mouth about healthcare. Do better, MedStar. And do better, Suzette. You ought to be ashamed of yourself.
