My insurance company hired this doctor for an IME. During her exam she barely used pressure while conducting her exam, and the exam was hardly thorough. Despite a 2 year long injury, including a tear on an MRI, a surgery to my shoulder, not being able to drive normally, lift more than 15lbs, or lift my arms all the way up, she stated that that I was at 99% medical improvement.
Dr Miller and Julie were on time. Very professional. Office is efficient. Love this practice
I have been very pleased with the care and attention from Dr. Miller and all others at the BSSC in Waltham. Dr. Miller was honest and thorough with her reviews of my situation. Almost no wait time during visits. I am extremely pleased with how my situation has been handled.
I've had shoulder surgery and cortisone injections for shoulder and knee with Dr. Miller. She immediately put me at ease with her knowledge and skill. Truly exceptional care. Every person I encountered in the practice was polite, courteous, efficient and friendly.
Dr. Miller did my patellar tendon reconstruction. Having injured it a year earlier, and having surgery from another doctor at another practice, which failed, I was really looking to get it done right this time. Dr. Miller was the right doctor for the job. She detailed every step of the surgery and was there to answer my every question. She is so responsive that my mom also decided to get her surgery done (She lives all the way in Connecticut) with this practice. They know what they're doing here.
Horrible. Showed no interest. Diagnosed without concern for impact in three minutes. Worst bedside manner ever experienced in my lifetime. Jerk. No engagement.
I had high hopes for my visit with Dr. Miller as I have been struggling with hamstring pain for 5 years. Unfortunately, this visit was a waste of time. Dr. Miller seemed completely disengaged with my care, did not ask questions, and offered no assistance other than referral to an acupuncturist. I don't understand how this doctor is considered an "expert." Maybe on paper, but unable to communicate with patients.

Dr miller and her staff are the most knowledgeable, organized, professional and kindest medical group I have ever dealt with! They are truly the best if you need orthopedic surgery. I am thrilled with my results of my surgery. Billy
