Dr. Miller did my patellar tendon reconstruction. Having injured it a year earlier, and having surgery from another doctor at another practice, which failed, I was really looking to get it done right this time. Dr. Miller was the right doctor for the job. She detailed every step of the surgery and was there to answer my every question. She is so responsive that my mom also decided to get her surgery done (She lives all the way in Connecticut) with this practice. They know what they're doing here.
Horrible. Showed no interest. Diagnosed without concern for impact in three minutes. Worst bedside manner ever experienced in my lifetime. Jerk. No engagement.
I had high hopes for my visit with Dr. Miller as I have been struggling with hamstring pain for 5 years. Unfortunately, this visit was a waste of time. Dr. Miller seemed completely disengaged with my care, did not ask questions, and offered no assistance other than referral to an acupuncturist. I don't understand how this doctor is considered an "expert." Maybe on paper, but unable to communicate with patients.

Dr miller and her staff are the most knowledgeable, organized, professional and kindest medical group I have ever dealt with! They are truly the best if you need orthopedic surgery. I am thrilled with my results of my surgery. Billy
Dr. Miller replaced my shoulder 5 yrs ago. I had lived with unbearable pain for yrs & was referred to her by her college Dr McKeon who fixed my knee. He said she was the best for the replacement surgery and she was. She teaches the operation. I can't say enough of how grateful I am daily about the remarkable results. The medical group is busy yes, they are the Celtics doctors, so being a sports fan they had automatic creds w me. So follow Drs orders, ask q's and you're in good hands A+.
Have never felt so disconnected when after waiting over 2hrs to meet her she barely wanted to engage in any conversation with me... what a waste of time ... left feeling like I'd have a panic attack after driving 1:20 to get to see/meet her. Very disappointed & everyone says " go to Boston " don't bother.
A complete phony. An IME that takes the insurance company's money and runs to the bank with it. Did a 2 minute exam on me and reported that my work related injury is not work related. My doctor who has been treating me for 6 years through 2 surgeries says it is work related but her 2 minute exam says no. BEWARE!
