Didn’t explain things thoroughly. Quick appointment. Wouldn’t be my first choice of providers.
Dr Connolly was a brilliant physician for my daughter. As a first-time mom, I worried about every blemish and cough. She was both practical and professional. She knew when to take our concerns seriously too. We have since moved to another area but I wish we could still use her as our pediatrician.
Just all around terrible, took my 3 year old to see her and she did not take her symptoms seriously. Thankfully my mommy instincts told me to take her to the hospital and she has croup, the hospital is giving her breathing treatments and steroids. Never will be returning, she was rude and not thorough, honestly she should find a different profession!
Suzanne was very rude to us. She never said hello or introduced herself. First question she asked/first words out of her mouth was “who is the biological mother?” She made us feel incompetent and not welcomed. First time parents deserve compassion and guidance. She lacked all of that and more. We instantly switched. I suggest looking elsewhere.
Dr. Connolly was very kind and sweet with my daughter but did not take her symptoms seriously. She was not very thorough and the very next day my 3 year old was in the hospital with pneumonia and a bacterial infection. I am glad I decided to take her to the ER despite the Drs recommendation of waiting at home because it was probably just a viral infection or GI bug.
