Suzanne was very rude to us. She never said hello or introduced herself. First question she asked/first words out of her mouth was “who is the biological mother?” She made us feel incompetent and not welcomed. First time parents deserve compassion and guidance. She lacked all of that and more. We instantly switched. I suggest looking elsewhere.
Dr. Connolly was very kind and sweet with my daughter but did not take her symptoms seriously. She was not very thorough and the very next day my 3 year old was in the hospital with pneumonia and a bacterial infection. I am glad I decided to take her to the ER despite the Drs recommendation of waiting at home because it was probably just a viral infection or GI bug.
Dr. Connolly is fantastic with both of our children and really takes the time to talk to parents and listen to all of our concerns. She has a great bedside manner. We highly recommend her and the other doctors and nurses in the office. What a great staff
