Went to this doctor for about 2 years, never saw the actual doctor only ever got to see the PA.
It takes six-seven months to get an appointment with this 'doctor.' I was her patient for several years. I got cancer. The oncologist asked me to talk with my primary care physician about a few things post-op. I called three times, and the doctor did not call me back. Nor could I get an appointment with her for at least six months. I think my title says it all.
Dr. Suzanne has helped me choose new doctors that were good for ME. It helped that I took responsibility for my health needs by communicating with her my symptoms and she responded appropriately.
Takes six months or more to see the doctor. Otherwise it's a nurse. I had questions the nurse could not answer so I called and asked the doctor to call me for five minutes to answer a critical question. Never got a call back but they did offer to schedule an appointment for me in almost seven months away. I told them I might be dead by then and found another doctor.
My title says it all. The worst medical experience ever. I went once and found another doctor. Shameful place.
Dr. Appts are pushed out for months they push on to a nurse that doesn’t care or listen to concerns. Waited a month to get results back from testing. Left VM for a week straight to get someone to call
Rude staff, long waits, six-seven months to see the doctor. Awful.
Pushed on a nurse practitioner when I wanted to see the doctor. After years of being her patient (the doctor's), I got a life-threatening disease sending me to a specialist. I called Dr. Leslie several times to talk with her about a couple of things (the specialist told me to contact my primary care doctor)--never got a call back. I found another doctor.
