Waited 3 months for appt. Waited an hour beyond my appointment, no explanation or she is running behind. Had to go back to work with out seeing anyone. Rude, unprofessional staff. This dr and place is a joke. We deserve better so I have fired this dr.
She was very mean
Dr. Wu is an excellent neurologist she is knowledgeable, kind, intelligent and a true solution focused Dr. she has my chronic pain under control without narcotics and for that I'm thankful.
My daughter was her patient today and she came home crying because of how dismissive Dr. Wu was about all her symptoms.
I was referred for possible sleep apnea. After 1st sleep study, she said I needed C-Pap. I would tell her I wasn't getting rest with C-pap, and she never considered trying something else. After 2.5 years and no improvement, I finally quit using it, did some research, found a nose specialist and learned my nasal air passage was 50% blocked on 1 side, 100% on 2nd.
