Dr. Wright and her top notch staff always take care of me because I am somewhat of a difficult patient. I am probably the biggest chicken in the world when it comes to dentistry. So if you have any qualms about Dr. Wright don’t you won’t find any better. I forgot to say I broke a tooth yesterday and I was fixed in under 24 hours
I’ve been going to Dr. Susan Wright for years. Even when my insurance did not cover my visits, I chose to pay out-of-pocket because I’ve never met a more honest ( I was told by every dentist I went to since I moved here that I needed scaling and needed to be treated for gingivitis. I have been a patient of this practice for several years, along with three other members of my family, and we have always maintained a respectful and compliant relationship.For this reason, I was deeply surprised that due to an outstanding balance of $40 that was not paid at the time, services were suspended and a letter was sent to our home with an unnecessarily rude and unprofessional tone, even suggesting the transfer of our records to another provider. We are deeply disappointed by the level of value, consideration, and respect shown to patients by this practice. Receiving a letter sent to our home in regrettable terms, suspending our services and even stating that our records would be “gladly” transferred to another provider, over a minor balance, was both lamentable and revealing. This experience has made it clear that financial minutiae are being prioritized over ethics, professionalism, and long-standing patient relationships. Doctor Wright has been my dentist for nearly 10 years so I’m not going to leave a bad review, however I missed one appointment in 10 years. I am the soul caretaker of my 90 year-old father and my severely disabled brother so I cannot control when someone becomes ill and has to be hospitalized. !! ESPECIALLY WITH IN 48 hours ! Idid receive a letter in the mail from Dr. Wright saying if I miss one more appointment I will be charged $45 on top of the work that needs to be done ! It just rubbed me the wrong way.
