I have been a patient of this practice for several years, along with three other members of my family, and we have always maintained a respectful and compliant relationship.For this reason, I was deeply surprised that due to an outstanding balance of $40 that was not paid at the time, services were suspended and a letter was sent to our home with an unnecessarily rude and unprofessional tone, even suggesting the transfer of our records to another provider. We are deeply disappointed by the level of value, consideration, and respect shown to patients by this practice. Receiving a letter sent to our home in regrettable terms, suspending our services and even stating that our records would be “gladly” transferred to another provider, over a minor balance, was both lamentable and revealing. Doctor Wright has been my dentist for nearly 10 years so I’m not going to leave a bad review, however I missed one appointment in 10 years. I am the soul caretaker of my 90 year-old father and my severely disabled brother so I cannot control when someone becomes ill and has to be hospitalized. !! ESPECIALLY WITH IN 48 hours ! Idid receive a letter in the mail from Dr. Wright saying if I miss one more appointment I will be charged $45 on top of the work that needs to be done ! It just rubbed me the wrong way. Dr. Wright is a great dentist! Kind and honest. Great staff as well.
Dr Wright and her staff are wonderful people. While going to the dentist to have your teeth cleaned is never a high point in things to do. The staff made it tolerable. Unfortunately after having gone there for over 20 years this visit was sad and unpleasant. The hygienist said to me it’s time for X-rays. I explained the last time I had X-rays it made my mouth hurt for several days. I don’t want to do X-rays anymore, unless my oral exam turns up something unusual .
