I was going to leave a review on Facebook as well but they conveniently don’t allow reviews on their page. Good for their practice. Terrible for their patients who don’t realize the experiences people have had at this practice. Anyone seeking dental care I advise you to seek alternative options. Drive to cadillac, your time and money is much better spent elsewhere. The doctor is rude and rough with patients. Especially children!! They treat their employees like garbage which Creates a horriable
Dr. Vignola is a warm, caring dentist. She listens to all my concerns and really cares about my problems. I had some major problems which she fixed painlessly. I now love my smile. Her hygienists are very professional. The rest of the staff are top-notch. I also admire the fact that she does so much for the community.
Truly enjoyed my visit. Got in quickly, the staff was very nice and they understood my Insurance. Will tell all my friends and family about Dr Vignola.
Dr. Vignola was very knowledgeable and informative. She explained everything that she was doing and the reason why it was necessary. Her staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone that needs quality, friendly, gentle dental care.
Dr. her staff were very helpful and friendly. Very professional office, clean, helpful, they made me feel comfortable and calmed my nerves. I plan on being a regular patient there for sure.
I've had crowns, fillings and adjustments done by Dr. Vignola over the years and also had a tooth rebuilt after it broke almost in half. Dr. Vignola also corrected a problem with two teeth that were hitting one another, that a former dentist couldn't figure out. Her work has always been painless and professional. I have used the services of other dentists when I lived in other locations and I can say that Dr. Vignola's work is top notch. I have recommended her often. The staff is wonderful too.
Doesn't even deserve one star. Just a couple things. Staff is unable to even send a fax for over a month or calling you back. Also, I got many fillings done there. She didn't do one properly so another dentist had to fix. She also missed 2 other cavities. When I had her double check while a filling was being done. Will not be returning.
