I cannot say enough good about this office. They are kind, professional, and extremely attentive. My children actually look forward to going there with me. I recommend this office to any and everyone not just from my own over 2 years of positive experiences but also those of friends and family (they may have in fact saved the life of one of my baby nieces). Both doctors, all the nurses, and all the administrative staff get well-deserved 5 stars and my highest endorsement.
I called Dr. Benenati's office to book an appointment as a new patient for both of my daughters, sadly my first experience wasn't very pleasant. Gabriela the receptionist left me waiting for about 10 minutes on my first attempt. I ended up calling back because I honestly thought the call had been dropped. On my second call I noticed that I was put on hold again, so I guessed at this point the wasn't anything wrong with the phone line and I just had to wait.
