Both Dr Tan and her assistant were professional and caring. I felt extremely comfortable while my ear was examined. They each provided me with so much information that I had no questions to ask! I recommend Dr. Tan .
Dr Tan is a very compassionate doctor she goes all out to take care of the patients! She takes care of my son who has a brain injury with a trach and feeding tube, she changes his trach when it is necessary, takes the time to answer all of your questions, we are so glad we have her as our ENT doctor, we highly recommend her!
Great! Although the telecast connection wasn't great. It saved me an hour long trip. Dr.Tam was very informative, I'm sure she sees a lot of people and a sure mix up with names will happen every once in a while. Dr.s are human too.
We were referred to Doctor Tan when my 3-year old daughter needed to have tubes inserted into her ears. During one of the follow-up appointments several months later, Tan came into the room and started asking questions that I found confusing. She even looked down my daughter's throat and said it looked "much better," which was also confusing, because the purpose of the appointment was to make sure the tubes were still in tact.
