Dr. Gray is a rare find. She listens to what you have to say and then educates you on your options. I've found the front office staff to be very kind, actually. There is not an abundance of staff so I assume she's got her hands full. Overall a very attentive group of medical staff in my experience.
The paperwork only asks for "husband's" info, with the assumption everyone is married to a man.. should've had "spouse" on it. And the lady at the front desk wasn't welcoming and stays on her phone... definitely don't recommend
It would be nice to be waited on at front desk. Girl seems to be texting all the time. Dr Gray is great. I just think girl needs a talking to
They do not take medicare.
Susan Gray is a great doctor. She genuinely cares about her patients and listens to what they say and how they feel. She tries every way to help her patients. I cannot say enough great things about her.
