My daughter, 19 yo, loved the pampering and TLC. My husband did not like the accounting methods, or the long delay in receiving refunds, which were frequently due to us after insurance paid. I myself thought the hygienists were very thorough. My elderly mother always was treated with respect and patience.
This woman is amazing and gentle . I am not a fan of dentist and my youngest daughter is terrified of them, but DR Stratton-Miller made a new believer out of me and my 14 year old. The treatment plan was clear and concise. The whole office is amazing for bedside manner and Deliliah is a dream to work with for insurance and billing purposes. If you have any doubts about a dentist..you won't after a visit to this office!!
I actually worked for the builder of her office and was SO impressed by Dr. Miller that I signed up to be a new patient immediately. I've never had a moments regret. Her office is comfortable and clean, with headphones and MAX movies. The staff are great; some have been with her for 15+ years. Very unhappy with the results of two seperate dental treatments. My daughter had a filling, which resulted in a root canal done by a specialist...after three return visits to Dr. Stratton-Miller to relieve the pain. Her tooth did not hurt at all before the filling. My husband had an old cap/crown replaced and it is now hurting him all the time. Dr. Stratton is AWESOME! Easy to communicate and nice to laugh with. She's worth the 25 min & 14.15miles to travel! Her staff is AWESOME! I only wish that there were more like her and her staff out there! Our whole family goes there and I have recommended her LOTS of times! Been a patient of hers for about 2 years, wish I went there before. Her assistant is a pleasure and a treat to have in the room! VERY WARM people! Did I mention that she was AWESOME!
