Dr. Cai is a fraud, I'm very sad and disappointed I put my trust energy and time in believing this place could help me. Instead they have prescribed medications that have made my mental stability worse. They are so unprofessional and just care about billing your insurance. please avoid this DR and his malpractice at all cost.
