Dr. McLaughlin does a thorough exam and makes sure the patient understands treatment options. She has cared for me and several family members, and we are all grateful for her care.
My daughter and I have both been to see her several times. Treated my daughter for plantar warts and me for Basal Cell Carcinoma. Very knowledgeable and caring
Dr. McLaughlin is a very kind and caring doctor. She makes you feel very comfortable. My whole family has decided to become her patient because they find her great bedside manner and expertise better than what they had experienced with their previous dermatologist. I highly recommend her.
Dr. McLaughlin is a terrific doctor- she listens well and is responsive to questions, does not seem hurried in her work, asks good questions, and is altogether a model doc. My strongest recommendation. She is very popular, so it's wise to book far in advance.
I have seen several dermatologist over the years and so glad a physician recommended Dr. McLaughlin. I have a very rare skin condition and not only did she take time to research it she also gave me an article to give my primary Physician. Last visit she found a suspicious spot on my face that turned out to be Basal cell. She went over all of my options in detail. She is caring gentle and scary smart. I have recommended her to family and friends and I rarely recommend.
In the beginning I would've highly recommended Dr. McLaughlin. My thoughts have changed since it seems as though her practice has become more popular and she doesn't seem to have that same interest/concern for her patients. You're lucky if you're not rushed out of the patients room, even after waiting longer than your scheduled time to see her. It's unfortunate because she was a fantastic caring Doctor...now you're just another patient.
She is conscientious and careful and very helpful in discussions about any concerns one has about their skin.
