When asked for a copy of my medical record on June 17, I was told by the receptionist Dr. Roh doesn’t allow her to release medical records until balances are paid in full. I asked for a release of medical records form, was denied the request, was asked to pay 15$, a woman gave me my glasses back which I was told would be replaced at no charge, and asked to leave.

My wife and I really like Dr. Roh!! She plays calming music in her office to keep me relaxed. She’s thorough and my wife and I really respect and appreciate the work that she does.
I always have a great experience with Dr. Roh. She always explains things very clearly and is encouraging.
Great and thorough care here. I had an excellent experience from everyone from the front desk to the doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Roh. Beautiful office and great frames too!
