Made it too hard for my dad to get help from her after being recommended by Kaiser. Was very rude in emails and after asking for an alternate way of doing paperwork (he was just emailed 6 different pdfs) she referred us back to Kaiser. Didn't seem remotely interested in working it out and seemed like she wanted to do as little work as possible. Big headache and unprofessional.
