The staff was helpful and pleasant. Dr. Malibiran clearly explained possible courses of action for treatment. The office space was nice and inviting. Even the office music soundtrack was good. We were very pleased with our first visit. They made a very positive impression on us.
My hygentist Nicole was great and I am very critical as Dental offices are not one of my favorite places to hang out at having spent way too much time there when I was younger. The Doctor spends little time with you so the hygentist is the one who influences the visit the most. I got a thorough cleaning with little or no discomfort and some advice for making my gums as healthy as they can be. Although I am not looking forward to going in again it will be less stressful as long as she is there.
The staff 'greeted me upon entering dental office. My mouth felt fresh after cleaning. Flouride treatment was recommended due to plaque buildup and missed previous 3 month appointment. Future dental work was clearly explained for extraction of a cracked tooth and surgeon information provided that covered my insurance.. Financial information was provided by front desk.
