Had an appointment not with Susan but her PA Elsa, called on 2 separate occasions to make an appointment for my son, left a message both times with not call returned. Had to go into office to make an appointment for 2weeks later. I had an appointment for 845, no other pt.'s in office and had till wait till 930 to get seen... Nice office but poor pt. care from front desk staff and very slow, especially for not being busy.
I love Dr. Nasser and my kids love her. She is thorough, knowledgeable, has a wonderful bed side manner, and truly cares about her patients. I'm not such a big fan of her office staff though.

I would not recommend Dr. Nasser becausei saw her about 3 months ago and was diagnosed with anxiety/depression. She did lab work on me and put me on a bunch of medications. This would've been fine if I wasn't 2 months pregnant. The lab results clearly show that I was but she never once told me. I didn't find out until I was 5 months pregnant, so who knows what all the medications have done to my baby. I wouldn't recommend a doctor who cant tell if you're pregnant or not.
