Dr Mata has been my dermatologist for about 15 years. She is excellent. I have had skin cancer many times from Basel cell to melanoma. All have been diagnosed in Their early stage. I would recommend her highly
Long wait (over 45 mins.) in waiting room. Two different procedures did not alleviate the problem. Wasted money.
The very best I have ever had work on and with me. She is dedicated and knowledgeable.
Dr Mata is the best Dermatologist I have ever seen. She pickup up a small melanoma the several other Dermatologists missed. She saved my life. Besides being very bright and observant she has an incredible bedside manner. I wish that she could take care of all my health issues.
I am sorry to say I cannot recommend Dr. Mata. I had a problem that was both painful and non-healing. The treatment she and her fellow doctor gave me was useless. The NP in their practice is actually better qualified in my humble opinion. Dr. Mata thought I should go to a therapist. I knew it was a physical problem causing the pain and it turned out to be correct Finally a very good doctor in Jupiter has me on the right medication and my skin disorder is healing with good diagnostic prescribing.
I was impressed with Dr. Mata and her professionalism. She appeared very knowledgeable, experienced and confident. The one negative I am noting is that I felt rushed through the appointment.
