I have been a patient of Dr. Susan Levine's for 35 years, she always takes her time with her patients and makes recommendations on how to apply preventative maintenance to care for your teeth. It's not about the money with her, it's about caring for your teeth and caring about her patients. That's why I've been coming to Dr. Susan Levine for 35 years. She offers a service to my family and myself that you do not see very often. I have and will always recommend her to any body!
I called early this morning to find out if Dr. Susan took my insurance. While asking a simple question I was not given an answer. I was asked my name and number and told I'd be given a call back. By 4:30 I realized many hours had gone by and no one called so I called back 3 times back to back and the phone rang and rang until it finally went to vm. So I decided to walk there as it is nearby. I recently visited Dr. Levine as a new patient and I was pleasantly surprised. Coming to a new dentist is always a gamble but Dr. Levine was a breath of fresh dental air! While she was doing a standard cleaning, she took the time to point out potential issues throughout and offered solutions to rectify in the short and long term.
