The customer service here is lacking for sure. My 1st pap was done in house and I received no weird or suspicious billing after the fact. This last time I went for a pap the front desk personnel were rude and short with me. I was told I would have to go to some other location for blood work to complete my "physical". I never went. Almost a year later I received a bill in the mail for the physical, which I never went to.
I have been going to Dr. Hopkins for more than 17 years. She is very patient, caring and professional. I only have great things to say about her. She is very knowledgeable and cares a lot about her patients. I especially love that she never is rushing through my appointment. She is very thorough with her exams. I highly recommend going to Dr. Hopkins office. I never have trouble getting appointments when I need to see her. I have also seen her P.A. whose great too.
Never see her. Appointments are always scheduled with her P.A. Can't get appointments. Symptoms were not addressed. I was just handed sample meds and told to let them know how they work for me. They are NEW and not covered by insurance. Plus, they aren't even meds that address my condition. Rushed in and rushed out like a herd of cattle. Didn't even listen to my heart and lungs. They are more focused on Botox and laser surgery than primary care.
