Dr. M was great and her staff were all very caring. I usually hate the dentist but they went out of their way to make me happy. I would highly recommend their office.
Everyone in the office is professional and courteous and the facility itself is spotlessly clean and high tech.
Actual rating a -5. Was billed for work they said was supposed to be "insurance" 2 years after I left them for their billing incompetence originally. Don't use unless you like paying out lot's of out of pocket cash.
If you were one of those kids who developed a fear of the dentist chair like me, fear no more for my experience at California smile was soooo smooth.
After being ushered to the back by the dentist assistant, she was gently while chatting politely all the while. And left me with a pleasant feeling, that even now brightens my smile.
I must say that I had the gentlest teeth cleaning every single time. I really like it there. the front office staff are definitely great. They stay up to date with the different insurance company policies.
California smile serves up quality dentistry,. I'm happy to have found her, since she was able to recommend a successful, much less invasive procedure of buffing away a chip in my tooth
I actually look forward to going to the dental office. !!!??? Everyone is amazingly friendly and very good at making you feel comfortable. It barely even seems like a dentist's office.
I love the place even though Dr. al wants me to have gum surgery. :-O Everyone is very nice and helpful and will put you at ease as soon as you walk in. She helped me with a new filling you can't see which looks awesome. Some sort of ceramic or composite, I'm not 100% sure but it replaced that ugly old silver one that blinded my friends when I smiled. Nice and modern, not at all like where I used to go that was more like visiting!
