My oldest is 16yrs old and I been with her since my son was about 1yr old and it has been the best experience ever! My kids love her. She takes time to listen to your worries and concerns. The best doctor.
Dr. Hammar has been my children's pediatrician for 13 years. She is so patient, knowledgeable, and always takes her time with me. She feel she is really helping me rather than just writing a prescription and sending me out the door. Her office is efficient, clean, and helpful. As a pediatric nurse myself, I would recommend her to anyone.
Dr.Ashburn has been my childrens doctor since my first child who is 18yrs old now to my 4 month old. My family and I love Dr.Ashburn!!!
I think that Dr. Hammar is an incredibly caring Pediatrician. My daughter has been going to see her since birth and I could not be happier. She is not a over the top gooey type of person which I think a lot of people want to see, but if you listen to her and watch her everything she does and says is well thought out with years of experience and out of the utmost care for your child. She is also very patient with questions and questions and more questions. :)
horrible.worst bedside manner.nurse has no idea how to release records. Kept waiting for them in the mail. speech therapy denied twice since her office did not marry the authorization. waited on average 45 minutes. office does not have walk ins. horrible just horrible.
absolutely no bedside manner to the point of cruelty to my small child. office support staff equally rude. it wouldnt have been so bad if she had properly diagnosed my child. worst experience ever with a pediatrician.
A Good Doctor Dr. Hammar is a smart woman, she takes her time with the kids and my child likes her a lot. However, because she's semi-retired (it seems to me) she doesn't seem to be up on the latest research and isn't always available when you need her. Her associate Dr. Safie has called me back, but she never has when I've had a late night problem. She gives a lot of parenting advice which is good for young parents. We love our pediatrician Dr. Hammar! I am very happy with our Pediatrician, Dr. Hammar. She is a great doctor and is very informative. She always seems happy to see us and never makes us feel bad about asking a million questions. The rest of the nurses and staff are also great.
