I’ve been a patient of Dr. Sue for over 30 yrs. Got no notice or letter saying she was closing or retiring. Last time I was in was summer of 2022 and nothing was said about closing. I’m shocked and extremely upset that after 30 yrs, she just closed with no explanation! I’m now wondering how to obtain my medical records? Unbelievable and not very professional…,,
Same anger as Rick Gelazin – Aug 01, 2022 statement above, about Dr. Williams office being closed and NO NOTICE has ever been received! We stopped by her office and there's no notice on the doors. Office was empty.
There’s a recording today 8-1-22 that says her office is permanently closed. We were just there 2 weeks ago, and no one said a word about this. The recording says we should have received a letter about this. We did not. We are extremely upset and feel we were blindsided. Now we have to find a new primary doctor for a 90 year old woman with multiple chronic health conditions that need to be regularly monitored.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Williams for 25 years. I tried other doctors after moving away from the area and no one compares. I drive 40 minutes appointments now and take my children there. She is smart, thorough, and truly cares about her patients.
I've been Dr. Williams' patient since 2009. She is easy to talk to, a good listener and has helped me with numerous problems. I trust her implicitly.
Dr. Susan is the best . i would not go to any other doctor . makes me feel comfortable .
Excellent diagnosis
Dr. Williams is a fine physician. I went to her on the advice of a friend, and she quickly made me feel comfortable. I immediately trusted her. She's cared for me through several illnesses. Each time she was cautious, thoughtful, and explained everything to me. I wish I had known Dr. Williams when my parents were alive, I would have taken them to her. It's great to have a Doctor one trusts.
