Dr. Werner is a wonderful doctor but we stopped using her because repeatedly her office staff was rude and incompetent. I encountered a rude and disorganized staff every visit. We usually had to wait in the waiting room for approx. 1 hour or more every visit. No exaggerating. Her nurses were great but the office staff needs replacing. So sorry my kids don't get Dr. Werner's care due to her lazy, rude, ill-concerned office staff. I wish she knew how bad the staff was inhibiting her practice. The kids miss you Dr. Werner!
This is the best pediatrician in Culpeper. She is very thourogh and knowledgable. She takes time with you and your child and explains everything in detail. She is willing to send you to a specialist if you request one. Very calm and will return calls.Office and practice however is not so great. The staff in the office are rude. The nurses are okay for the most part. If you need blood drawn ask for Mrs Jackie. The wait is unbelievable long sometimes 2 hours. Overbooked and over crowed.
