Really confusing office to find. I arrived 20 minutes early to an 8 AM appointment. Couldn't find the office, so called the front desk off the hook, no response. Used google maps and apple maps, their location is not clearly marked and made things very confusing. Called my boyfriend, my mom, trying to decide what I should do. Walked around the complex until 8:15, so almost 40 mins of being there, and gave up realizing I wasn't finding the office. No answer from front desk phone every time I called. Our family sees Dr. Madsen and has been for the last 3 years. She is a wonderful pediatrician and family GP who listens and counsels her patients knowledgeably. The office itself is very pleasant and if you also have the chance to see her partner, Dr. Webb, you will be thrilled as he is the most congenial physician I have ever encountered. I feel really fortunate to have found this practice, in my backyard no less.
