Horrible customer service, I tried to make an appointment today as a new patient. After waiting 10 minutes, an older lady gets on the phone and starts arguing with me that I need a referral from my doctor. I tried to explain to her that I have premier insurance and it does not require me to get a referral. She hung up on me after I had requested to speak to her manager. I hope these calls are recorded, I expect a phone call and apology!
