I have been seeing Dr. Kudlinski and her MA Shaun for several years and I am highly satisfied with their entire team. When they moved locations I chose to drive the extra several miles to continue my care with her and her team because I trust them, they provide a high level of service, and they are extremely responsive. Horrible customer service, I tried to make an appointment today as a new patient. After waiting 10 minutes, an older lady gets on the phone and starts arguing with me that I need a referral from my doctor. I tried to explain to her that I have premier insurance and it does not require me to get a referral. She hung up on me after I had requested to speak to her manager. I hope these calls are recorded, I expect a phone call and apology!
I love Dr. Kudlinski! I have been seeing her for the past 4 years, since getting pregnant with my first child. She is an amazing GYN and I also felt heard and cared for. She answered messages and calls quickly. She was NOT the on-call doctor scheduled for either of my births, but she came in anyway and delivered BOTH of my children, and one was at 1 AM! If we choose to have a third child, I will definitely be choosing her again.
I've been a patient of Dr. Kudlinski's practice for well over 20 years and I can appreciate her experience, surgical expertise, and medical judgment. She advised me well: helped me to avoid cancer and did an excellent job in performing a robotic hysterectomy and oophorectomy. I did consult with two other surgeons to get opinions and very glad I chose Dr. Kudlinski and followed her recommendations.
