My husband was hospitalized the day before his appointment. We called several times the morning of the appointment but no one answered nor did the answering machine pick up. We called again late morning and got the machine, explaining that my husband was in the hospital. Later that week we found out that our bank account had been charged for the missed appointment, without notification or approval. Not good!
Dr. Batlan took my eye issues very seriously and went above and beyond to get me the care I needed. she definitely provided a level of care I haven't seen in any other doctors. I will be coming back
I do not recommend Dr. Susan Batlan. Her bedside manner is horrible and she will charge you whatever she feels like without putting the claim through insurance first. And you then overpay her and she does not refund you the overpayment. Find someone else. You’ve been warned.
My family and I have been going to see Dr. Batlan for many years. She is the most sincere and thorough eye doctor.
As I entered her facility today with my client ,she’s very rude,combative, no people skills working with the public ,there’s too many other eye Drs out there that are compassionate and go above and beyond to help there client . Boy am I glad she’s not my Dr.
