Susan Koch scolded/verbally attacked me (and made me cry) for enrolling in a cognitive behavioral therapy program because I "didn't let her know." However, I had called/texted her about 7 different times in the span of 2 weeks to try to schedule an appointment. She never responded. My mom finally had to intervene and Susan said she just forgot to call me back...when I was bawling in her office, she continued to verbally attack me. She was incredibly unprofessional.
Never responded to calls when I would try to make appointments. She was rude and cold during the few times she responded and actually met with me. She was terrible and actually made me feel worse about myself. I do not recommend Susan Koch if you want to treat a mental illness.
Very unprofessional and judgemental. The worst psychiatrist/therapist I have ever been to. Do not recommend.
Brilliant. Best psychiatrist I have ever met. Highly recommend
