I watched Dr Mackinnon's video of the Saphenous nerve surgery and found it amazing and lifted my spirits with hope until I had to communicate with her staff. Staff was not helpful, and nurse Amy was rude. I sent my surgical reports as requested. I had to follow up several times being completely ignored.
