I am extremely disappointed. As a former patient of Dr. L I referred a dear friend that really needs a new PCP. First appointment she was told the Dr was out of the country and they would try to squeeze her in with someone else. She said no she wanted to meet and see Dr L to see if they were a match. Rescheduled way down the road and she went yesterday to be told her appointment was canceled. No reasons and no heads up phone call. The doctor is erratic and left me dumbfounded when she told me she was leaving the exam room because I was “screaming at her.” I was not. She never addressed the exam I came in for and babbled about her credentials. I left without any resolution. Her office nurse would not even look at or speak to me. If you want to deal with a couple of 12-year-old girls, this is your place. If you want a doctor instead of a load of nonsense, go elsewhere.
The lady at the front desk is super rude. The one at the first window is rude. RUDE DISRESPECTFUL I was very disappointed. I will not be back. La chica de recepción es muy grosera. La que esta en la la primera ventanilla es grosera. GROSERA, IRREPETENTE. No volveré.
