Dr. Susan Crowe is a very kind, well-mannered, professional, and easy to deal with as a doctor. One thing that impressed me the most is her listening skills to her patient and her caliber knowledge about her job. She knows what she is really doing as a doctor and I witnessed how she showed her critical thinking when my body is still responding the pain despite that I already have an epidural. I have been a birth doula for over 18 years, and I have to say that I was extremely impressed by Dr. Crowe’s prenatal care. Dr. Crowe gave my client options for her VBAC, and informed her in the decision making process.( something that can be difficult to find these days in hospitals). She was patient ,kind and had great beside manner. She was definitely a huge asset to our team , and informed my client of her options.
