I was in the er at westmoreland hospital and got dr caslow. She is awesome. I have been in the worst pain in my life for months and after several drs not willing to help me and treated me like I was drug seeking, she didn't. She gave some steroid iv medicine and just a little pain med and 2 days later my pain has gone from 10 to 4 i haven't had to take as much as a Tylenol in 2 days .She is awesome and listens to the her patients. I just wish she had her own practice.
