I feel very comfortable, everyone was very professional.
Dr. Rim is so thorough, caring and has great bedside manner...everything you want and need in a doctor! She has great follow-up with test results and never rushes through an appointment. I cannot speak highly enough regarding her! Thank you, Dr. Rim, for always being so great!
Unfortunately we had to switch and I chose Dr. Rim because of positive reviews. She might be ok as a regular ob/gyn but if there‘a anything to work through, she definitely doesn’t take the time to be thorough or caring. My first appointment with her seemed to go well, but all further communication with her and her nursing staff was really bad and unhelpful. Dr Rim was my OB Gyne, I felt rushed and I felt that she was not paying attention to what I was telling her.
We have attempted to schedule an appointment with Dr. Rim. Upon sending our records over we have not heard back for almost 3 weeks. Apparently, even though they have over a half dozen doctors, only one nurse can review records. We have been without a provider because this one person has been too busy. I call the office and all I get is "Yea, I'm sorry" and "Yea, she is busy". Unacceptable handling of your business.
Dr Rim is easy to talk to, compassionate and understanding. I am happy I have finally found a doctor I really like !
