Dr Lin was the bar by which I have measured every doctor since leaving her office. I would never have given up such compassionate care but ended up having to move out of state. She is kind, empathetic, and often got to the root of the problem before I did, but still managed to guide me there in a way that let me see both the problem and the solution. Dr Susan Lin is everything you would want in you psychiatrist. She is compassionate, brilliant, and her advice come her mind AND her heart. Dr. Lin is, in my opinion, the best.
Dr. Lin is a wonderful doctor. It’s apparent that she cares deeply about the wellbeing of her patients. She truly listens to them.

my experience with Dr. Lin was great. I finally have a doctor who not only listens to me but she hears me. Dr. Lin truly empathizes and understands the issues that i encounter on a daily basis., I feel like i can trust her and it allowed me to open up about so many feeling that i would suppress. she helped me with my diagnoses and treatment plan. we addressed a lot of issues that i struggle with, she recommended med's that she thought would work best for me, she also went over the possible side effects of the med's. Disorganized, perpetually late to appointments (Average an hour+ wait time past original appointment), Horribly unprofessional. Zero follow up on treatments, and entirely unreachable in case of an emergency. this woman SHOULD NOT be allowed to practice medicine, and is potentially dangerous to her patients.
