Dr. Owensby has been my daughter's Dr. for 17 years and always great all around. And when she is not available, the others in the practice are top notch as well. Highly recommend.
We have been seeing Dr. Owensby for almost 18 years - since my daughter was 6 weeks old. I can't understand why her rating is only a 3. She is the most compassionate Doctor that really cares about everything to do with our daughter, our family, health and well being. She is absolutely in her element and the most effective doctor I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. She is a MUST if you need absolute care and excellence in Healthcare for your child. Dr. Owensby is knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manner. We have seen her for 10 years and I travel 30 minutes to get to her office. She is good to the children and speaks to the adults with courtesy, explaining herself thoroughly. We LOVE her.
I can not speak of Dr. Owensby unfortunately. She has very good reviews and thought she would be a good option. Unfortunately I could not get past the roadblock of the office staff. I work for an International non-profit and will be back in the US for 6 months and our children will need medical care while stateside. The staff said they would not see us because we're not staying long term. Fine, I understand. However, its UNACCEPTABLE being HUNG UP on while asking a further clarifying questions.
