Dr. Brinkley is great. But the front office is a nightmare. They obviously over schedule the doctors, getting a message over the phone to your doctor is impossible, forget about a return call, I’ve set in the waiting room anywhere from one hour to seven hours waiting to see her. Get rid of the front office staff and start over. Patients are not just dollar bills.
Dr. Brinkley Takes time to listen to you. So she can get you the help that You Deserve. MANY other Dr's are just Uncapable of doing that in the 3-5 minutes they see you. Because they don't listen or care about your 'feelings only your co pay... The 1st time I went there a Lovely Elderly Lady was in the waiting room and she said something so true... It is WORTH THE WAIT FOR THE BEST!!!
Good luck getting an actual human being on the phone. Was on hold for 35 minutes trying to make a very important appointment, I hung up and will be looking for a new doctor immediately. Not to mention the last time I went I was told by the doctor that she saw on my EKG that there was damage to my heart which means I've had a "silent heart attack", well guess what, I had a cardiologist tell me that was false and you cant even tell those types of things from and EKG.. thanks for the scare. Susan Brinkley is such a wonderful doctor. She really cares about her patients and wants what is best for them. She has saved many lives. She is a incredible doctor. Thank you Doc Brinkley for saving my life and my family’s.
Dr Brinkley is an excellent diagnostician who catches many things other doctors do not. Yes she can run behind but she does so because she is very detail oriented and takes time to talk through medical options. She explains the medications she is giving and why. I’ve met a number of people in the waiting room, who like me would have gone undiagnosed with serious illnesses had it not been for her diligence.
