In the spring of 2013, I experienced an episode which I thought was a heart attack. When I arrived at the emergency room, I was immediately taken back to an exam room. It was determined that I needed a pacemaker. I was admitted to the hospital and soon thereafter Dr Rao implanted a pacemaker. I was extremely satisfied with his knowledge and professionalism. Seven years later (2020) Dr Rao implanted another pacemaker due to the need for a new battery. I have nothing but praise for his work.

The office staff was very pleasant. Dr Rao was outstanding, great bedside manner and concern for my health was very heart felt. I was very comfortable, I would recommend Doctor Rao to others. The staff at his office plus the hospital have very high regards for him. Very respectful and can tell he cares about his patients health.

I spoke to him about my problems and he is arranging for me to have a heart monitor, so no if carotid artery and stress test. I was impressed that he is training doctor students. Well done.

"Dr" Rao was responsible for reviewing a test that was taken at the hospital under his advise, and did not make any attempt to review the results, he was too busy going out to lunch and back to the office to discuss the evaluation of the test with his patient; after i complained he called the nurse (i was discharged at 3:30pm) and stated the he might be able to discuss the results of the test after 6pm... what a lack of professionalism and bed manner, lack of ethics and tact, in how to take care of one of his patients. i hop... read more

Had to literally beg him to do a stress test, after two cancelled appointments, finally got it done and found that I had the dreaded widow maker blockage. After Cardiac Cath procedure, had massive hematoma and was left in the care of two nurses,,, Dr left and couldn't be found for over two hours. Spent afternoon in ICU with no pain meds because he forgot to write it on the chart. This is all documented in my patient report! Was sent to Ormond Beach for Bypass surgery. What a joke these guys
