I have been calling dr. Vatsas office for over a few months!! They never answer and they never call back. And that’s my primary doctor!
1st visit was an annual physical and I couldn't even talk to Dr Vetsa, the nurse practitioner went over my medical history and decided that I didn't need to see the doctor after originally saying that I would. I had been waiting a year to talk to a doctor. The second visit, she barely discussed my blood test results, which had red flags, rushed me out of the room without answering all my questions and took two non-emergency phone calls during my short visit. Dr. Vesta, informed me and my family about my dads health condition in a way to be understood.. Her advise, care, and concerns were very valuable. Her patience with her clients is an A+ rating.
Dr Vesta, Is a very good doctor. The office staff on the other hand I'm not happy with at all. I have been calling, left a voice message, called left messages for a referral to a Kidney specialist and was told it will take a week. It's been 1 week and Lennie in the office said everything thing urgent they need a week hello it's been a week. I'm not happy with the way she has been with me lately . I have Kidney cancer and she can try and be more caring.
