I understand the discomfort that patients express about Dr. Bandlamuri and her staff. The latter don't seem the best organized I've experienced. But my take on Dr. Bandlamuri, my husband's PCP for 23 years, is that she has a surface brusqueness that overlies a caring and careful professional attitude. Awful service, rude employees and terrible communication. Don't go to this office what ever you do. The vibe of this whole place reflects the Dr. Heavily. Not good
I've been going to this doctor for about 5 years now and I can't stand it anymore. I'm usually not one to change providers because I don't care enough to put in the effort too, but this doctor's office has become so terrible consistently that I am forcing myself to find someone else. I commonly wait over an hour in their exam rooms to see the doctor for 5 minutes or less even when I was the only person in the waiting room.
