I understand the discomfort that patients express about Dr. Bandlamuri and her staff. The latter don't seem the best organized I've experienced. But my take on Dr. Bandlamuri, my husband's PCP for 23 years, is that she has a surface brusqueness that overlies a caring and careful professional attitude. She has spent quite a long time discussing my husband's complaints (including advanced Parkinson's). Awful service, rude employees and terrible communication. Don't go to this office what ever you do. The vibe of this whole place reflects the Dr. Heavily. Not good
I've been going to this doctor for about 5 years now and I can't stand it anymore. I'm usually not one to change providers because I don't care enough to put in the effort too, but this doctor's office has become so terrible consistently that I am forcing myself to find someone else. I commonly wait over an hour in their exam rooms to see the doctor for 5 minutes or less even when I was the only person in the waiting room. Please be advised that Dr. Bandlamuri will assume what is wrong with you. She will not dig deeper to the root cause of the problem and is one of those doctors that does not have compassion for you. Even though your visit will be approximately 5-10 minutes the wait time is excessive. I advise you to tell the front desk that you have other commitments or plan to be there all day.
