I went to another podiatrist for many years for my foot issues and she kept selling me orthopedic insoles and suggesting I buy new sneakers and try various medications to manage the pain. The staff was pleasant. Ended up finding relief elsewhere after the shots I was given and before the fusion that was recommended. I did appreciate the information on bunions although that wasn't my issue.
