Staff members will talk about patients and joke around. Did blood work at Quest and was not covered. Left with over 1,000 dollars I need to pay out of pocket. Cancelled surgery that thankfully had about a 5 month wait.
Our initial consultation was in November of 2022 for my husband to get a vasectomy. Everything went well with the consultation. Their next available appointment would be in 4 months, March 2023. They said it was because more men were getting vasectomies. A week before our appointment I get a call that the doctor would not be available on that day and we would need to reschedule to their next available appointment......, June 2023!. Dr. and Staff are friendly during visits. Unfortunately, my care did not go so well. Doctor informed me on (04/30 emergency hospital visit) that I would have a follow up surgery “part two” in a week or two, but my surgery was scheduled 06/27 (8 weeks out). I was provided only antibiotics when I was released from the hospital. The office has too many patients. I called, left messages for the pain and never received a return phone call. I was referred to Dr. Choe through my primary for a vasectomy. I had two appointments scheduled: an standard evaluation and the procedure. The first I did in November and should have done the second in December but the office had to move me to late January. The evaluation went fine and seemed clear, despite me being younger than most patients they get (I'm 27 and have 0 desire to have kids). My experience was excellent. The staff was very kind. There were many patients who were waiting...I was a new patient I did not expect to be seen before others who were looked very sick. I was very grateful Dr.Choe was polite and considerate.
This doctor tells you what's wrong and does not ask if you have any concerns or questions. Very detached from his patients, no warmth just wants you to get out of his office.
The office staff was rude. Changed Appointment Time Waited One and half hour and didn't get to see doctor. The customer service was unpleasant and I left. Found another urologist.
Staff is very unprofessional, Dr. Does not return calls.
The waiting is horrible, over 2 hour and a half to be called in. They over schedule patients for what they can handle.
