I have not had good experiences with this office and 70% of it is attributed to the office staff, not the provider. The front desk attendant is helpful overall but I wouldn’t say that he’s nice. The lab attendant is the only person here who is consistently nice. The lady who checks you in and does vitals is nice most of the time. Dr. Morthala is nice but I was tried on many medications and had multiple tests and still don’t have a diagnosis and I’m in debilitating pain.
