Your office Is a joke, no one ever answers the phone.
My wife is an oncology patient of Dr. Pinnamaneni. She has been under the doctor's care for several months. We are very pleased with the care my wife is receiving. Dr. Pinnamaneni is patient and caring. She takes the time necessary to both understand what my wife is telling her and to explain her recommendations clearly. Her expertise shines through each time we visit. Additionally, the staff is very friendly, efficient, and helpful. We both highly recommend Dr. Pinnamaneni without hesitation.
She doesn't give anyone the time of the day, she got mad when someone wanted to cancel treatment and walked out of the room. You would think they would have more compassion for Someone who is terminally ill, instead they get mad they wont be receiving the insurance money from chemo. We are not doctors and we ask questions, however we were told " your family has already asked these questions" This woman has no bed side manners and no compassion for someone who was told they were going to die!!!!
